• Nathan becomes involved in very bad things. Things that he isn't supposed to do


• Nathan is easily influenced just to become cool, and so that isn't who he really is


• In this chapter Nathan really thinks about the consecuences of things and how bad things might go


• Nathan thinks about all the things that may go wrong if he begins to drug deal, and so he doesn't want to go down that path with Shell Shock
